Murat ÖZBAHÇECİ, Attorney at Law

Murat Özbahçeci graduated in 1994 from Istanbul University Faculty of Law and following his attorney internship at Borusan Holding, he received his Attorney’s License from Istanbul Bar Association and started his professional law practice. After his career as an attorney at law at Borusan Holding, Murat Özbahçeci established ÖZBAHÇECİ Law Office in 1998.

He is providing his clients advisory and legal representation services in the fields of Real Estate Law, Zoning Law, Contracts Law, Construction Law and Commercial Law. He is focused on expropriation, confiscating without expropriation, title deed registration problems and real property sales agreements based on revenue sharing model. Özbahçeci is also providing contractual consultancy service to national and multinational construction companies.

Further to the foregoing, Murat Özbahçeci conducts and administers projects concerning public offering operations of business entities, took place as advisor in settlement of disputes between investors and brokers, and represented his clients before the judicial and administrative bodies.
